Coachman Garage Door Premium Series

Clopay's top-of-the-line doors feature three-layer construction (see illustration at right): (1) an outer skin of 24-gauge (models 4400/01) or 27-gauge galvanized steel, (2) a layer of polystyrene insulation that is pressure bonded between the two steel layers and ranges in thickness from 1 3/8" (R 6.4) to 2" (R 9.1) depending on the model, and (3) a steel backing plate that protects the insulation and enhances the appearance of the door. Premium Series garage doors also include an aluminum bottom weather-seal retainer, painted galvanized stiles and heavy-duty galvanized hinges, a weather-tight tongue and groove joint, and heavy-duty steel step plates, ensuring that these high-quality doors look good and perform flawlessly for years. (Model 4400/01 includes commercial grade track and hinges.)

Coachman Garage Door Value Plus Series

Clopay's Value Plus doors feature two-layer construction (see illustration at left): (1) an outer skin of 25-gauge galvanized steel and (2) a 7/8" layer of polystyrene insulation board (R-value 5.6) that is backed with a plastic film for added protection and easy cleaning. The Value-Plus Series garage doors also include a corrosion-resistant aluminum weather-seal retainer, a U-shaped rubber weather seal that conforms to irregularly shaped floors, a leak-resistant shiplap joint and heavy-duty steel step plates on the inside and outside of the door.

Coachman Garage Door Value Series

Clopay's Value Series doors are constructed of (1) one layer of galvanized steel in 24- or 25-gauge depending on the model. They come with a corrosion-resistant aluminum weather-seal retainer, galvanized end caps, painted step plate/grip handles, and a U-shaped rubber weather seal that conforms to irregularly shaped floors. Like all Clopay steel and roll-up garage doors, Value Series models have high-quality corrosion-resistant galvanized springs that last up to twice as long as competing products, long-life nylon rollers, and they are available with a variety of colors, panel styles and window options.

Garage Door Panel, Color, and Window Options

World Wide Garage Doors offers all Clopay's steel models with your choice of short, long or flush panels in as many as six attractive colors. A wide variety of window options are available for every garage door. Choose SSB glass for maximum light and visibility, obscured glass for increased privacy or plexiglass for a combination of light and security.
